Nestled in the serene lands of Thirumoorthi Hills of Tamil Nadu, that was the birthplace of Patanjali Maharishi, the college is a step forward in dynamic civilization. Unique from other institutions and establishments in the rare field, this college resurrects the Gurukul system of education where the needs of the students are taken care of in-house. The facilities here are said to be a humble blend of modern amenities with traditional structures, ready to host 200 ready students at immediate capacity. The college is administered by Gurumahan, Chairman and Founder, Gurumahan Pranjothi Educational Trust (under which the college was formed), his disciples (known as the Wisdom Teachers) and the Board of Trustees. Students from all over the world are welcome to apply for the limited and privileged opportunity to be guided in a Yoga course that is exceptional from other forms. As an establishment that is an innovative step in the field of sports, the college is affiliated to Tamil Nadu’s Physical Education University. Initially, the course would remain majorly aimed at Yoga, but in the future, would branch into other physical education courses, Naturopathy and an inclination towards Healthcare Sciences along with Yoga. The college comes with its futuristic vision to grow into a university and being a model educational and spiritual hub in the world.
